(episode 05 supplemental)

So the resort proudly proclaims that they have high speed wireless internet connection for us to use. I'm typing this on my laptop but haven't been able to log onto the network. I've checked and double checked all settings but can't log on. It's probably better anyway because A) the connection is an unsecured network and B) the signal here in our room is very weak.

They say you should be in the lobby to get the best signal. Well, somehow sitting in the lobby at 1:55am just so I can type a blog seems nerdy even for me.

Alas, I have been reduced to using a wired connection at 26.4kbs as opposed to my usual 11.0Mbs. Dial-up is not only outdated but it is painful. But hey, beggars can't be choosers.
